“Today, I was proud to attend Israeli President Isaac Herzog’s address to a Joint Session of Congress where he was welcomed with enthusiasm by the bipartisan, bicameral audience. He received generous standing ovations as he discussed the importance of the bonds between the United States and Israel,” said Rep. Frankel. “I joined my colleagues in resounding applause as Mr. Herzog declared Israel’s right to exist as a nation and, called on us to reject all forms of antisemitism.”
